4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Account Suspension and Termination

Upon termination, we may withhold any remaining balance if investigation reveals violation of these Terms.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with zero balance and no activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be closed automatically and any remaining balance forfeited after reasonable attempts to contact you.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
